We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid Horizone subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.
Refunds are processed by our payments provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
After the 30-day window, subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or via Paddle's customer portal to prevent future charges. If a renewal was charged in error or you believe an exception applies, contact us — we review requests in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us or Paddle first. Initiating a chargeback before contacting support may result in temporary suspension of the Service while the dispute is resolved.
