These Terms govern your use of Horizone, the core banking platform operated by Amanfopa Enterprise.

These Terms form a contract between you (and, if applicable, the organization you represent) and Amanfopa Enterprise ("Horizone", "we", "us", "our"), the provider of the Horizone core banking software ("Service").
By creating an account, accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you have authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you are signing up, or that you are of legal age to contract.
Horizone is a cloud-based platform for accounts, loans, mobile money, susu contributions, compliance and related banking workflows. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service within the plan you have purchased.

You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service, including all software, documentation, designs, trademarks and branding, is owned by Amanfopa Enterprise or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license described above. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service ("Customer Content") and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing frequency, taxes, currency conversion, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or via Paddle's customer portal. Fees are stated on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period after which we may delete it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising out of your Customer Content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
